Is easy to use and understand; each book is written in a clear and easy-to-follow format, with step-by-step instructions along with descriptive start and finish photos for each exercise.
Each book focuses on how to properly use a specific fitness product. Often people will purchase or have sitting in their closets a piece of fitness equipment that they have no idea how to use. The “Great” handbooks teach these people a series of different exercises that they can do with their own equipment. By increasing the number of exercises that a person can do with a piece of equipment from say one exercise to about 40 different exercises to work the whole body they have now greatly increased the perceived value of that piece of exercise equipment. Not only do the“Great” handbooks demonstrate exercises for the whole body but they also give lots of useful supplemental information like, “how to set up your own home gym” or “what accessories you will need to go with the equipment you own.”
Each book is only 64 pages of concise, easy to follow, safe, and precise information with descriptive full color start and finish photos for each exercise. They get to the point and don’t waste the reader’s time with”filler” as you so often get with larger fitness books.
